These terms govern your use of this website and the journeys SRAVAN arranges. By enquiring with us or travelling on a yatra we have arranged, you accept them.
Consultation-based journeys
SRAVAN does not sell fixed packages at published prices. Every journey is shaped individually through consultation, and its scope, inclusions and cost are confirmed in writing (typically on WhatsApp) before anything is booked. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; yatra names such as Sadhak, Tirtharaj and Bhakt describe starting points, not fixed itineraries.
Bookings and payment
A journey is confirmed only when we tell you in writing that it is confirmed and any agreed advance has been received. Payment schedules, if any, are agreed individually during consultation. We will always tell you clearly what is included and what is not before you confirm.
Changes and cancellation
Plans change, especially when elders are travelling — tell us as early as you can and we will rework what can be reworked. Where third parties (accommodations, transport providers) impose their own cancellation charges, those are passed on at cost; we will tell you what they are before you confirm. Any cancellation terms specific to your journey are stated in writing at confirmation.
Temples, rituals and third parties
Temple darshan timings, queue protocols, aarti schedules and festival arrangements are controlled by temple trusts and authorities, not by SRAVAN. We plan around them with experience and care, but they may change without notice — including on the day. Rituals are performed by independent pandits whom we engage on your behalf. We arrange in good faith; the sacred keeps its own schedule.
Health and responsibility
Pilgrimage involves walking, steps, crowds and weather. You are responsible for ensuring travellers are fit for the journey, carrying required medication, and informing us of any condition that needs accommodation — the more we know, the better we can care. We arrange assistance with diligence but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our control.
