SRAVAN ("we", "us") arranges devotional pilgrimage journeys to Varanasi, Ayodhya and Prayagraj. This policy describes how we handle the personal information you share with us while enquiring about or travelling on a yatra.
What we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp or through the forms on this website, you may share your name, city, contact details, travel dates, the number and ages of travellers, health or mobility considerations, and the details of any pujas or rituals you wish to arrange. The forms on this site do not send anything to a server — they open WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message that you review and send yourself.
How we use it
We use what you share for one purpose: to plan and operate your yatra. That includes shaping your itinerary, reserving stays and transport, arranging darshan and rituals with pandits, and staying in touch with you before and during the journey. Health and mobility information is used only to arrange appropriate assistance and is shared only with those who must provide it (for example, a driver or assistant at a ghat).
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketers. We do not use the details of your sankalp, rituals or family for anything other than serving your journey.
Communication
Our primary channel is WhatsApp (+91 94518 39674). Messages you exchange with us there are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We will only message you about your enquiry or journey — never with unsolicited promotions.
Retention
We keep journey records for as long as needed to serve you, including any future yatras you ask us to plan. You may ask us at any time to delete the information we hold about you, and we will do so unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — simply message us on WhatsApp. This policy may be updated from time to time; the version on this page is always current.
